What this team believes.
Avora exists because the infrastructure data underneath the world's mobile networks is the most underleveraged asset in the industry. Here is what we believe — and how to reach us.
What we believe
What we believe
Infrastructure data is the most underleveraged asset in the industry
Not the towers — the knowledge about the towers: what they hold, what they can support, what has changed, what can be trusted.
Innovation is not a technology purchase
It is knowing your data, knowing your gaps, and knowing what to ask of your partners. Every technology works better when the foundation is solid. The foundation has always been solvable. It just needed a system built specifically to solve it.
Experts should spend their time on expert work
The data assembly, the context reconstruction, the correction cycles — these are not what engineers and planners were trained for. They are what an unresolved data foundation requires of them. Resolve the foundation and the expertise returns to where it creates value.
The towerco–telco relationship is stronger when the passive layer is transparent
Structured and trustworthy — not as an ideal, but as a practical requirement for the autonomous network operations both sides are building toward.
Honest language matters
A data twin is not a digital twin. We say what Avora is and does — what's most true, not what sounds most impressive.
The team
Built by people who live the operational reality of this industry.
A team combining deep telecom-infrastructure experience with software engineering built for governed, sovereign data.

Johanna Guby
Chief Executive Officer
Johanna spent five years leading planning and engineering across Europe for a major infrastructure company, learning the industry's hardest problems firsthand. She founded Avora to solve them at the source — building a platform where governed, structured data makes speed and accuracy a given, not a goal.

James Vopni
Chief Technology Officer
James brings over a decade leading engineering at high-growth software companies — deep technical judgement paired with the discipline to keep teams shipping at pace without sacrificing quality. As architect and engineering lead at Switch Health he scaled the platform to millions of users under healthcare-grade security and regulatory scrutiny; at Owl Practice he built a SaaS product trusted in a tightly regulated domain. At Avora he makes sure every towerco experiences the difference — AI delivered as real, defensible, customer-grade advantage, built on rigorous data architecture rather than slideware.

Jacqueline Sublett, P.Eng
VP of Operations
Jacqueline pairs engineering judgement with hands-on operational experience, turning complex technical requirements into systems people can actually use. Her background spans building automation, technical sales, project coordination, process design, and technology implementation — so she knows firsthand what happens when critical asset information is scattered across drawings, documents, spreadsheets, and disconnected platforms. At Avora she helps customers realise the platform's full potential and turn verified data into operational benefit.
